The PDP described the deceased Bello, the Wazirin Tambuwal, as a peaceful, humble, God-fearing and exceptionally patriotic Nigerian, who played essential roles for the stability of the nation; particularly as a pillar of support to Governor Tambuwal in his effective services to his fatherland as former Speaker of the House of Representatives and now second term Governor of Sokoto State.

“Moreover, his sense of duty and dedication to service as the Wazirin Tambuwal clearly demonstrates his love for his people and the nation at large.

“The PDP family commiserates with our own dear Governor Tambuwal, the family of Alhaji Muhammadu Bello, the good people of Tambuwal as well as the Government and people of Sokoto State.”

The Party prayed to the Almighty Allah to grant eternal rest to the departed soul and the bereaved, the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
