The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, President, Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, former Governor of Edo State and former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole, paid a condolences visit to the Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, to commiserate with him over the death of his father, Pa Emmanuel Abiodun.

Ooni while speaking on Sunday at country-home of the governor, admonished Nigerians  to live a life of service in order to be remembered after their demise.

The monarch noted that it was important to engage in good and impactful deeds while alive, stressing that “Pa Abiodun lived a life of service not only to his immediate environment.

He therefore encouraged members of Abiodun’s family not to mourn their father’s departure, but celebrate his worthy life and legacy.

In his words, the President, Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote noted that the deceased used his profession to touch many lives in the country, stating that people across the country would continue to remember Pa Abiodun for his good works.

Responding, Governor Abiodun, thanked the royal fathers and everyone that supported the family, he charged all to be mindful of their last days on earth by doing things that would make people to remember them when they die.
