Guendouzi Confirms Leaving Arsenal

 

Arsenal forwarding star Matteo Guendouzi has confirmed exiting Arsenal football despite his love towards the English football giant.

The French Midfielder, Guendouzi has spent three years in the English Premier League. He joined Arsenal in 2018 from Ligue 2 with track record of impressive performance.

Several reports say Guendouzi is on the move to joining French club Marseille on loan deal before an envisaged permanent deal, next summer.

Guendouzi exits Arsenal with one goal and five assists in 82 appearances for the club, and the Gunners are reportedly set to pocket approximately £10m from his departure.

Confirming his exit, he took to Twitter and wishes his fan and the club an emotional departing message.

“I will never forget the Emirates Stadium. I will never forget the fans. I won’t forget the city. I will never forget everything I’ve been through here. I will never forget that my only will was to defend with pride Arsenal colours.

“Thanks to all of those who believed in me during my time here, during the good and the bad moments. I can only wish the best to the club and its fans who deserve so much, trust me! Goodbye Arsenal, I will never forget and will be a gooner forever,” he tweeted.
