The funeral mass of some of the victims who died during the terror attack on St Francis Catholic Church, Owo, Ondo State holds Friday. Relatives of victims were present as well as Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State and other top government functionaries. The terror attack happened on Sunday, June 5th, 2022.

Wishing the old wait and give their blessing

Hoping the children grow old in our haven not heaven

Fear-well to hypocrites and children of hate

Turning the tabernacle of praise to blood

Forcing the children back to heaven’s gate

Rejoicing in the sorrows and mocking our Lord

Fear-well to the generation of the divided

Remember the politicking makes us all  walking dead

And our failures and carelessness sending us parking

Even the leaders and  system are killing.
