After much anticipation, the organizers of BBNaija, Multichoice have officially announced the kick-off date for the Big Brother Naija reality TV show.

Revealing this on Monday, the Chief Executive Officer, MultiChoice, John Ugbe in a press conference in Lagos, said the Big Brother Naija reality TV show will start on July 24 with Ebuka Obi Uchendu returning as the host of the show.

The organizers stated that all the housemates in this year’s edition of the show will be disclosed to fans on July 24 and they have already been selected, tested, and quarantined.

Contesting for the grand prize of N90 million, the selected housemates will spend 72days in the house.

Ugbe said “With each season of BBNaija we task ourselves on delivering great content that will take the excitement a notch higher and meet the entertainment needs of our customers. For this sixth season, we are pulling all the stops to give our customers a show like never seen before from Nigeria with end-to-end production best practices under global health and safety standards.”
