Governor Charles Soludo felicitates his Chief of Staff, Ernest Ezeajughi whose life story reads like a tribute to the power of dedication, service, and patriotism, as he turns 54.
Since his appointment as Chief of Staff in March 2022 under Governor Soludo’s government, Ezeajughi has been a committed public servant who has instilled a sense of efficiency and productivity, streamlining processes, and ensuring that the machinery of governance operates smoothly and effectively.
In a release from Soludo’s Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, the governor said Ezeajughi’s tenure as the former Mayor of the London Borough of Brent still endures as a landmark achievement, a resonant symbol of excellence, inclusivity, and representation.
Soludo avowed that Ezeajughi’s ability to connect with diverse communities, understand their needs, and lead with empathy and vision, has undoubtedly enriched his understanding of governance and public service.
Ezeajughi’s academic background, including a Master of Science degree in Environmental Health Management from King’s College London, proves his dedication to evidence-based decision-making and deep understanding of the complex challenges facing modern societies.
Also, his professional experience at the Royal Mail, National Health Service, (NHS), and the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority (MHRA), further reinforced his expertise in complex organizational structures and delivering tangible results.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ezeajughi’s dedication to his roots is evident in his involvement with the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), as a former chairman of the UK chapter of APGA, where he has shown great commitment to promoting political engagement and advancing the interests of his community.
