Gunmen attack Niger community, residents flee

Suspected  bandits are reportedly attacking a village near Kafinkoro town in Paikoro Local Government Area of Niger State. The communities in this local government have been identified to be spots of these bandits as they have consistently attacked the residents and commuters plying the roads. 

According to a report by Eons Intelligence on Wednesday evening, the affected people are scampering for safety within the community. The security agency known for giving updates on dangers and evil acts perpetrated by gunmen, otherwise known as bandits gave the intelligence in a series of tweets.

“Bandits are currently attacking a village near Kafinkoro town in Paikoro LGA, Niger State. People are currently running to Kafin koro,” the agency tweeted.

As of the time of filing this report, police are yet to give an update about the incident.
